Caring for yourself after LBL/BL

I will be three months post op with my LBL tomorrow...seems like so long ago...Any way I flew out of state to have it done.  I traveled alone too.  I was picked up at the airport taken to the Hotel the night before, had surgery and stayed at a recovery location a total of 4 nights, where they did everything for me.  I was feeling so good, it got to be a little overwhelming, so I left there and went to aHotel where I stayed for 3 more nights before flying home.  And yes I was moving slow and doing the bent over shuffle  but I felt really good, but then I never experienced any pain so it made it so much easier than those people that have a lot of pain...I even went back to work after two weeks, since I was feeling so good...Everyone is different it's really had to know how you will respond to healing, hopfully it will be a breeze and eventless...
