what did you think of your new breast?

Try Victoria Secret. I buy tops and bottoms for my bikinis separately.

May I ask what size and profile implants did you get, saline or silicon? What cup size were you pre op? Thanks a bunch.

440cc, high profile, silicone.  I was a 34c/32D depending on the bra (ie strapless was usually a 32D bc I needed them to fit snugly with more room in the cups to avoid the dreaded quad-boob effect).  I'm a 34DD or 32DDD now, but I generally either don't wear a bra, wear nipple covers or a bralet since I do not need support (yay, perky boobs!).  I was thinking Victoria's Secret.  In the mean time, while my scars are fading, I bought a cheapy bikini at ON.  Vanity sizing at it's finest.  XS bottoms and L triangle top (to give the most coverage to my perky boobs)  :)

Thank you. Did your surgeon use Alloderm or anything to create internal support to hold up the implants?

I looked through your albums - love pic of you in yellow dress. Are those photos pre or post augmentation.

Pre-augmentation.  Yellow dress was before I finished losing weight and still had some volume left in my breasts.  I was also wearing a lightly padded bra.  I don't think I have any photos in my album post augmentation.  This is post-augmentation.  I like boobies :)  Pardon the stupid face

You do look fabulous. There are many 20 something's who don't look as good in a bikini. Just look at everyone the next time you go to the beach and see how very average women's bodies are. Versus what they show us in magazines and movies.

I had my surgery on the 10th :-) My friend had an augment (non-WLS person) and she is very petite, she opted for size D boobs and they are HUGE... all she says now is she wishes she went bigger... I think hers are already way large for her frame and any bigger would be crazy... anyways she kept telling me go bigger go bigger... I went in wanting an implant that would fill out what I lost... when I was bigger I was a D... when I lost all my weight I was a saggy B and wore a very padded C bra.. just wanted to be able to fill a C bra normally and have the girls back up where they should be. I saw my boobs two days after surgery.. they are very swollen and sitting up high. I looked at a lot of pictures online and saw most people looked a lot better at 3 months, 6 months then had a full result at 1 year. I did read that some people were disappointed when the swelling went down because they got accustomed to seeing the larger boobs and then felt they were "too small" after.. most surgeons will not do a revision until 6-12 months out from what I read. I think its hard to really choose what size to be... don't want to big, don't want to small... I think Id rather end up smaller than feel like they are too big. I am happy with the boobs so far... I had my arms done with the BA/BL and previously had a TT... I know I am swollen from surgery even in the abdomen region so I know ones all the swelling goes down everything should look more in proportion. I am excited for time to pass and everything to settle down into place and see the full result. I really wanted to look natural and in proportion so I think the full C implants will achieve that look.
