Some before and 2 days after lower face/neck lift pics.
I had what I think is the last of my reconstructive/plastic surgeries Tuesday- a lower face/neck lift. Started the plastics about 3 months into maintenance (11/13- anchor cut tummy tuck) followed 4 months later (4/14- arm lift). Both went really well and I definitely considered them reconstructive- lots of loose skin-honestly, I probably could have soared on the batwings! This last one, a lower face/neck lift, I must admit, is probably vanity all the way. I still have the sharpai thighs, but I can cover them up with clothes- my neck I could do nothing about. I'm 60 and proud of it- don't want to be 30 again, but the gobbler neck-woof. Anyways, thought I'd post some early after pictures so you could see what soon after results (mine, anyways) look like. Quite a bit of swelling and bruising going on - but, so far, so good.

Good luck. and may it go well with you. I have developed a true affinity for my poor ears---they take the brunt of this type of surgery and recovery assault.. am thinking will be the last to recover.

Had a follow-up today (one week after)- surgeon said the ears were the last swelling to go down 'cause they were all but circumvented with the stitches. I'm feeling better... tolerable around the poor little things... down hill from here... He took about half the stitches out today and will remove the rest next week.

Looking good! Congrats on your great results! If you don't mind me saying, you don't look anywhere near your age. My mom is 71 and having a mini-facelift with neck lift in September. She'll be thrilled if her outcome is as good as yours. Wishing you speedy healing
