Mexico surgeons - reccomendations por favor!

I'm not ready yet, but next summer I plan on plastics - and possibly even some during spring break.  Who here has had experience (please no thoughts on it, I want people who've been there and done that), on the clinics and surgeons down there.  I live in CA so it's the easiest trip for me to make.

I lad a lower body lift with a incredible surgeon in Tijuana about 7 weeks ago, and doing great.  I highly recommend him.  I spent a whole year consulting with every surgeon people told me about...even driving from Phoenix to Beverly Hills to meet with a top surgeon in this field.  The reason I chose mine was the pictures of his work was flawless.  He not only is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, but he  also has a specialty in Micro-Surgery, so his incisions and sewing are simply flawless, and for me that was so important.  His name is Dr Victor Gutierrez, he runs a  clinic of his own down there that is perfect for his patients.  If you fly down they pick you up at the airport.  Last year I went to another clinic, which I do not recommend, I had my first 3 procedures done there and 2 of the 3 now need revisions, so I would steer clear of CosMed, with Dr Q.  His work was done in a very sloppy manor, with his sewing being more like a basting stich.  Please check out my profile and you can see pictures of my recent PS also I would recommend checking out realself.com and searching what ever procedure you are thinking about you will find tons of info there.  I am also there under the same name with reviews of all of my surgeries. Dr Sauceda in Monterrey, Mexico.  You can click on Dr Sauceda in my siggy area.  We have a group here on OH.  Been going strong since 2009.  I've been in his OR 3 times.  Excellent caring surgeon.

Dr Sauceda is the surgeon who has done all 9 of my procedures! He has a lot of experience with Massive Weight Loss patients. Not one regret!!! I returning for another 5 procedures! 

I had the lower body lift and anchor with Dr Ariel Ortiz at the Ariel Center in Tijuana Mexico. He and his doctors and nurses were fabulous. Was only about 10 minutes away from the border. Everyone spoke english as well. They meet you at the airport, a shuttle will pick you up for your visits back to his office while you are there. Hotel at a discounted rate is offered to you as well. He has some videos on YouTube. He has been on the Oprah Winfrey show, the Today show and The Doctors and Good Morning America. Good luck!!

Thank you so much!  I'll go research him now.  How are your scars from the LBL?  Would you do it again?  Did he perform any other procedures on you?  How did those go and are you please with the results?
