Can you call?  All PS are different.  I've actually seen recommendations to wait four weeks.  Mine told me that I could have sex whenever I felt up to it, but it needed to be "sit back and enjoy the ride sex."  Exact words, I love that guy.  I actually had sex about a week postop.  It wasn't the most comfortable thing, but I going insane without having it.  I also still had drains.  Luckily my hubs isn't turned off by much of anything.

I was told "listen to your body" and tried it around 3 weeks b/c I felt bad for my poor husband.  It really depends on how you feel.  And it will need to be pretty tame. . . at least it did for me.

I think I was told to wait 3 weeks, which was fine for me. I had 2 square feet of skin removed and it took a while to feel up to it.

Me on top or him from behind worked best for us at first. Lying on my back did not work for a while.

I believe I was told to wait 4 weeks after my tummy tuck, but after my second plastic surgery (same doctor) I was told to "play it by ear." We had sex the night I returned home at 2 weeks post op, and again the next morning. And I had a few incision open up right after that but the surgeon said he does not think it was caused by having sex.
