This is a surgery that you are going to want a expert in incisions and sewing.  My surgeon from my recent Lower body lift, is not only a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon but also has his specialty in Mirco-Surgery and his incisions and sewing is flawless, at only 5 weeks post op my incisions are pencil thin and you can't even feel them with your hands, meaning there is no raised area to them at all...If I were you I would check him out, you can find a lot of his work on realself or his website, http://www.dr-victorgutierrez.com  Good luck
