Do you go to any support groups? That may be a good place to ask.
I am in Houston, but am not familiar with the doctors in Dallas. In Houston, I think Dr. LoMonaco is the best. One member of the plastics forum traveled from Dallas to Houston to use Baylor's residency program. She was very happy with her results.

I use Richard Ha, Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, corner of Park and 75. I also interviewed Robert Wilcox in Plano, which is probably closer to you. I liked him and I know someone who does recovery nursing for him, and she thinks his work is outstanding. I just bonded better with Dr. Ha and he's closer to me. Price-wise, they were the same.
If you're willing to travel I highly recommend Dr Sauceda in Monterrey Mexico. We have a group here on OH, click on Dr Sauceda in my siggy line for more info.
