Pannilectomy without anything else

Hi please help
i got insurance approved for only a pannilectomy with nothing else. I can't afford the upgrade we are on one salary. Will I look ok or will I look deformed as I'm hearing all these horror stories.Has anyone had just the pannilectomy? If yes what was your experience like.

Beyond Goal
if your surgeon plans to lift your mons pubis that's great! Please please please have that discussion! I have seen too many assume it will be taken care of - and it wasn't! It looks like a scrotum now! They have to wear Spanx to hold it up. Just communicate! And if there is a charge, find a way to pay it.
