Sneezing...OWie!

Ha. I thought I was being smart, scheduling my abdominoplasty in late May. In between bosses at work, boys are still in school for another 1.5 weeks, weather is (more or less) in the "just right" spring temperature range. The pollen counts in New England have been ridiculous this year but oddly enough haven't bothered me as much as usual. But I forgot about the pine trees. Everything else can be sending clouds of yellow stuff into the air but once the pine trees go, I start sneezing. I guess I need to be grateful that I'm 2 weeks out of surgery and have that much healing under my belt, so to speak. But still... ;)

When I had abdominal surgery they told my to put a pillow over my stomach and apply pressure when sneezing.  It's not an easy thing to do both of those things at the same time, but the pillow did help.
