Mexico plastics
I so badly wanted the long thigh lift but because of my bad veins in my legs felt it was just too dangerous, so he opted for a medial thigh lift. Honestly I didn't think much would come from it, but just yesterday, while washing out the garment, my husband could not get over the incredible difference in the whole thigh, I realize it's a combination of the LBL and the medial thigh lift, but all and all I am very happy. In the end I am happy that I have a doctor that doesn't take chances but puts your health first. As you probably know in Tijuana, there are plenty of chop shops, run by who knows who, who will do what ever the person wants done, and the results can be deadly. It's so important to be 100% confident in your decision. Check those references, and degrees, and certifications, and ask the hard questions like what is the backup plan if something goes wrong, which hospital will you be transferred to, and how...Everyone goes into this believing they are going to have a great outcome, but it takes work by the patient long before the surgery....I was very confident this time around and had great results....

I again caution going out of country for if a problem occurs, it could be a big one and costly. When you consider the expenses incurred, the costs can not be that different. There are plastic surgeons in the US that do charge outrageous prices but that is probably because they do not like to do the surgery!
I would have to say it all depends on each particular Surgeon, mine just happened to move his practice from Texas back to his home in Tijuana...I wish that by using a US Board Certified Surgeon that it was a given, you will have a great outcome, but sadly we know that's not always the case. There is no substitution for doing your homework and checking and re checking and then following that gut feeling you have deep down inside....Good surgeries and Bad surgeries can happen anywhere...
