Can't figure out how to search for older topics. Thinking about Plastic surgery in Mexico,

Hi.  I haven't been on here in a long time, my surgery was 7 years ago. Don't know how to find information on here anymore. It's changed since the last time I checked in. 

Finally, I think I've stopped losing and stablilzed at about 90 lbs lower than when I started.  The rest of me is as ok as a 65 year old body can be, but my stomach droops terribly so even though I should be wearing a size 8 or 10 pants, I end up in a 12 or 14, just to get around the stomach.  I can't afford to have abdominoplasty done in the States, but may be able to if I go to Mexico.  Have no idea how much this would cost and I'd like to find a range for prices and also experiences that I'm sure others have had.  I've tried on here and lucked into one site, but there just have to be more people who've gone to Mexico that have shared their experiences on here.  If someone could tell me how to search for a specific topic, I'd really appreciate it.  Or, if you've gone to Mexico, I'd really appreciate your input.

Than search there.  Also go to groups and search Mexico plastic surgeon as there is a group there.

We have a group here on OH.  Click on Dr Sauceda in my siggy line.  It'll take you over to our group.  There are 200+ threads going back to 2009 of over 300 folks who've gone to Dr Sauceda.  Check out the sticky about how to search for posts on OH that Cecilia did.

I would suggest looking at this (http://www.fox5vegas.com/story/25560055/botched-surgeries-cost-more-in-long-run) regarding surgery outside the US. Most people don't realize that the costs in the US are not that high once you do factor in all the other expenses and the possibility of complications, lack of follow-up and inferior results. This should all be taken into account when making a decision.

It's risky wherever you go. I hate to go to Mexico but just to fix my breasts it's 8k in Mississippi ... I am tired of crying over this body

The key is to research whom every you are going to use.

I've been in Dr Sauceda's OR 3 times.  I wouldn't hesitate a moment to recommend him, his care or anything about my experience.  Our group on OH has been around since 2009 with most folks posting about their stay and what we have learned.  There are over 200 pages of thread documenting 300 or more who have gone before you. 

We do suggest to research, research and then more.  We also suggest getting at least 3 consults.
