Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I'm having an extended abdominoplasty with hernia and diastasis recti repair on Tuesday next week and am just back from getting marked up. It's funny how I'm losing all modesty with this doctor. He's got a wonderful manner and I just love him. Those markers SMELL though, lol. I'm experiencing a roller coaster of emotions. This is either going to be the longest 3-day weekend ever, or the shortest, lol. It's good to read about what you've gone through...I've had open abdominal surgery before so have a good idea of what to expect as far as pain goes. I just canNOT imagine looking down and not seeing rolls and bumps between my chin and my thighs...the thought is so exciting I can hardly stand it, lol.
