Woo hoo! You look amazing! Wow, wow, wow, you are rocking the body of a twenty year old there Miss Julie! I am so glad that everything worked out for you in the end. Being right down the road from your surgeon made for a recovery so much easier than coming to the states. He did a fabulous job on you! Do you mind sharing your measurements and how much tissue (in weight) was removed? I am so happy for you.

Well, judging by the scale of what my weight was going in and what it is now, he took about 5 lbs off in total. I will have to locate a tape measure and then I will let you know what the measurements are. I am in a size 6 now if that is any indication. I am really really happy with the results and yes the staying home part was great. It was reassuring to know the doc was just a few mins away even though I haven't needed to see him at all since I was released from hospital.

Ok got the measuring tape out. Breasts such as they are for now before the lift...35", waist 27" and hips 36".

Very nice measurements, indeed! So what is next - lift and augmentation?

Yes, lift and maybe augmentation, depends on how the doc sees it when he rearranges what I have, just a tad for the upper pole fullness as well as small inner thigh lift scheduled for 23 June. Then hopefully I will be done although I do see other areas that could be improved, I won't pay myself and if insurance doesn't pay then it will  just have to be what it is. I might make an exception for the upper and lower eye lids...I am going to Thailand in November so perhaps I will see if it can be done there reasonably.

I had a breast lift and will get an augmentation in the Fall. The lift typically does not create upper pole fullness. I am a natural DD and even with that much to lift I still need an implant for that sexy mounding. But everyone has their own set of aesthetics and goals. Of the women that I know who have had lifts, one chose not to get implants (they were all two stage lift and implant women).  I have always wanted beautiful nude breasts ever since I was a girl! I am finally going to get them.

the eyes really do make a big difference. I got upper eye lids done and I am very glad that I did.

I hope the rest of your transformation is as fabulous as you have had so far!!! I WISH insurance paid for mine with any surgeon of my choice! You are extremely fortunate.

Wow!! You look amazing!! When did they take your stitches out? I am almost at the end of week 2 and still have a LOT of swelling.

There were only about six external stitches all around which came out a week post op. The rest are all internal self absorbing or disolving stitches that magically disappear. The swelling will go down slowly but surely. Are you in a compression garment?

Yes, I have a bottom garment that goes to my knees and a vest for my chest and arms. I feel like a huge sausage! lol

I shower and dry and put them on. I have them on 24/7 unless I'm in the shower or drying off. I switched from the binder to the compression girdle at day 8. The binder was sliding all around and I needed more support.

Are you still wearing yours? He wants me to wear it from 6-12 weeks. It's only mandatory the first 6 weeks.

I am still in a binder which feels like medieval body armour on velcro! I have to wear it like a mini skirt so just over the tummy and butt. It does not slide as I have it pulled pretty tightly. I can stop pretty much now but I am going to wear it for a while longer as I feel protected in it. Like my seams are covered and if I hit something or walk into something then I feel it will not hurt or split open or something. I must say I felt no pain really, just pulling and some discomfort and didn't see any blood or oozing or any scabs.
