Watching 'Secret Societies of Hollywood' on E!HD (first aired in 2013) and they're discussing the secrets that celebrities go through to maintain their image.

One gentleman (I didn't catch his name, however, he seemed to be a surgeon) is providing commentary.  He was indicating that the latest thing that celebrities are going after, is vaginal rejuvenation - of which one aspect is where the labia are altered.

I don't know about you, but I don't look at the celebrities that closely.
