pain in tummy and groin

Hi, I am 12 weeks post extended tummy tuck and thigh lift. I had issues with a hematoma on my left groin which is finally looking pretty good. I went back to work last week and my left and right groin are really sore off and on.

I also vomited the week before returning to work and tummy had been very sore since, especially to the left of my belly button. I saw my surgeon last week and he doesn't seem to feel any internal damage was done as most internal healing is completed in the first six weeks. I am just concerned because these pains persist. Anyone have same issues?
