10 year post ds mons reduction

Hi...I had my DS nearly 10 years ago...starting around 400 and lost down to 235...never smaller but also no regain!  I am scheduled for a mons reduction and lift on March 3, and happily my insurance will be covering it.  I am very grateful for how my life has improved in the last 10 years.

Just realized 3/3 is today.  I'm sure all went well.  I had the same procedure the day before Thanksgiving last year.  Discomfort was only the first few days.  Something that really helped me when I was in bed was placing a pillow under my thighs - it really took the pressure off my incision (I also had a lot of lipo).  I'm still a little swollen but I'm so happy with the results.  I'm sure you will be too.

All did go well!  Yes, a little swollen and sore, but nothing terrible.  : )
