I had the surgery on Monday.  I spend the night in the hospital.was  discharged on Tuesday evening.  The pain is something else.  I'm taking a lot of pain pills with no help.  Pain is still an 10.  There is a lot of draining coming out of the jp drains. I hope I will feel better tomorrow.  Glenda

Hope you feel better soon! I felt the same exact way, even with all the research I did it was way more painful then I ever thought it would be. It does get better but not for a while (well at least for me) I got frustrated and depressed, and honestly it took a whole month to start feel like me again. Hang in there and try to occupy your time.

Best wishes, I will keep you in my thoughts...

Yes, it hurts like hell.  If the pain meds aren't helping, call your doc and see if he has something stronger.  None of them make you feel good, but they should get the pain down to a manageable level.

It does get better, but the first days/week are a *****  Hang in there!

I had an anchor cut TT and a LBL with long thigh and extensive lipo. My pain was a 1:10. No kidding. No pain. Now lipo is a different story. It hurts like a 7:10.
