Looking for out of country plastic surgeon

Hi,

 I am self pay and cannot afford surgery in the states. That said, I need a body lift. Anyone have any recommendations? If you just want to post why I should see a Dr in the states and how I am going to die, or be scarred for life, can it. I have heard it all and did not ask to hear it again. Thanks!
