LBL and Brachioplasty Advice
Hi. I generally like to do the trunk and breast first, then the arms and legs. Mobility is just easier that way but in cases where we can get all the procedures done at one sitting I will do arms and the trunk. I supply electric lift chairs to the hospital and recovery suites for my patients. They really help take stress and stretch off the arms and tummy that first week.
Adhering to your doctor's restrictions on arm movements is the other big issue, along with lymphatic massage for swelling if it is present.
Happy healing !
