Brachioplasty

Hey are you guys that have had this using the silicone sheets to help with scarring? What brand and where did you buy it?  Do you think it helps and when did you start using it?  I will be three weeks out on Tuesday.  Doing great went back to work today with very little problem. Just don't like the little bit of  puckering along the scar that I have.   Any suggestions would be great .
