Plastic/Reconstructive surgeons suggestions in Southern California/Inland Empire area

Hi all, I had my gastric bypass in March 2009 through Kaiser at Scripps Medical in San Diego, about an hour outside of my area, when I was 30. I had no complications and never had a regret. Started at 335lbs and am now 195lbs at 5' 9.5" tall. With my 5th year anniversary approaching, I would love to get rid of this sagging skin, breast and tighten some things up. Any suggestions on surgeons are greatly appreaciated :-) BTW, I am a black female and scarring is a concern. Thanks in advance!
