More Questions - Ins. Approval says Thigh.leg, hip..how far up is considered...
I'm trying to prep my apaprtment for maximum immobility post-op, and my insurance approval says "hip" as one of the approved areas for surgery.
Does hip mean right at teh legs of your underwear, up to your waist? I plan on asking when I see my surgeon next week, but just wanted to know from those who have gone through it.
FYI- Surgery to remove excess skin on primarily thighs, but this is what's approved...well Actually, thigh, leg, hip is what's approved! Sounds like a LBL to me, but we'll just have to wait and see what he says.
You had posted that the one you wanted was retiring or something.
I'm so happy for you and want for you to be after already.
No Mather what you have done, it will be better than what you are in as a "blubber" woman and you will feel immense relief.

Yes, Mikimi!
The retiring surgeon couldn't get me in before he retired, nurse said because he wouldn't be around for aftercare, or if something cropped up, and he didn't want to put htat work off on someone else.
I have a consult on Wednesday with the surgeon taking over his patients, and I'm just going to say to him flat out...mark me up, and let's go for it, the sooner the better!
Only reason it won't get done is if he absolutely cannot do it because there's so much of it!

I was told in a lingerie shop by the female proprietor that as I a "wide" and my boobs small, I am not in proportion.
I like my boobies well enough but not I am questioning their size/shape - as if the dog-ears and bra blubber skin removal isn't enough of a medical concern!
