Affordable residency program

Looking to get a TT and breast lift. I'm in Tennessee, I heard about other woman going through residency programs. Just looking for advice and suggestions please :) Also, I see where some woman get insurance to pay part, how??

Contact your local hospitals and ask if they have the programs I have had all my done this way
