Botched Tummy Tuck? Or weight regain?

That is obviously just a panni with a lot of regain.  All of that can be corrected.  She would need to lose the weight again, have a full tummy tuck with muscle tightening and a mons lift.  The high scar can be eliminated and a new belly button can be created for her.

This is not so much botched plastic surgery as just not doing the proper procedures the first time.
