OK, a few people have asked me about this Dra Duran in the Dominican Republic. I am only kidding folks. I would never feel safe getting surgery outside the US. I was petrified as it was with Dr. Capella and I trusted him more than I have ever trusted any doctor. 

The small waists that Dra Duran sculpts are tempting to me because I am so gosh darn mad that I look boxy. But I would not get any ribs removed if that is what it took to make my waist small. I am really very pleased with the tummy tuck that Dr. Capella did on me. It was more than I ever expected.

I would look at all the other surgoens on this list, though, for their expertise on the various body parts I listed. I hope you have a wallet as big as your dreams if you want to pursue your surgeries this way!!!

ong though.....check our the waist??? What ratio is that? Like .3??? would love to know her measurements....the side view of waist to A$$ is unreal.  I want the "upside down valentine" butt - i had this when i was younger :(

You probably have to go down to the DR. There are two surgeons there who make women look like this. They use aggressive lipo on the waist and may even remove ribs. Oh. My. God. Thwt is crazy.

I was trying to find a video or something on that rib removal thing!!! Morbid curiosity i guess.....??

That depends... I did not get a FDL and I am very tight. My stomach was really gross before the TT.

it is so great not to have thwt apron of skin flapping up and down when I run or have sex. Blech. And trying to get pants to look decent with that and monster crotch, yikes!  Now everything looks good!
