interesting fact on stomach fat! See this is what Fisher is "taking" on the LBL - i am so bottom heavy - even my panni is not that big....the most fat i have is thighs (you have seen the pics!)  and Fisher is not a fan of the Fat xfer to butt (just the Auto Aug....) for post massives - he says the fat xfer does not stay (Esp. on us post massive folks)  - Fisher will take all the "good stuff" on the LBL and not for reuse!  Very sad to throw all that good fat away :)

But as you have stated many times, picking the surgeon you trust is most important - plus the idea of vetting another one leaves me just exhausted (i talked to four and agonized so much over the surgeon decision....)....and they have to specialize in XL post massives (200+ lbs) ...and they have to give me a Kardashian butt...and the pricepoint has to be resonable?  Way too many qualifications!

And i have to always remind myself, I am doing this to look normal and with someone with whom i feel safe - not look like Kim Kardashian....as if I am in danger of that anyway!.....although it is nice to dream!

Too heavy? Sorry for my diatribe!  But i will "ask" about that "V" shape you are supposed to have in the middle of your butt cheeks!  I actually was unaware of "ass aesthetics" prior to those videos! I just knew what looked good to me.

...and i am NOT gaining weight even if it means i am assless....i have worked to hard to lose fat and get my birthday suit taken in.....

What is an oragami boob? I have heard of uniboob. 

I have learned so much about aesthetics. Your nipple should be 21 cm from your sternum. Your BB should be 7 cm from your cleft. There is a minimum size for an areola and I think it is 33 cm but do not quote me on that.

i did not spend 25k to date to look normal, which to me means average. I want to look good. I don't think Hugh will ask me to be play mate of the year but I want to feel like he might, lol! My problem areas right now are ass, breasts, waist. My waist is too g damn thick and both drs. Capella and Lomonaco said they could not do anything about it. Maybe I should get some ribs removed in the DR? Just kidding. My ass is not rounded enough and not high enough. My breasts are too small and I want the nipple areola moved to make them look more perky. These last two can be done. I love the rest of my body and I will love my face after the lift. Then I am done with plastics and will exercise to maintain and maybe even do a little improvement. 

I told my surgeon I want to look like Anna Nicole. I don't mean thwt I expect he can make my body like that, but he can make it look good. Fortunately I have good skin and that helps a lot. Realistically if I spent enough money and had enough surgeries I could pretty much have any body I wanted... But I am not insane. I just read an article about a man who spent 100,000.00 over 5yrs of plastic surgery to look like justin bieber, and it worked. Crazy.

I am not sure of my ass shape yet... when I take a pic next week for my 6 week post op I will post it. Here is my pre op... what an ugly ass! Dr. Capella told me he'd make it pretty and I'm counting on him to do that even if it takes a revision.

Implants?

I'm thinking about it. I  will need a lift for sure too.  I think my tt scars need to go around the back some to pull it up.  I watched some of the videos and I will need incisions not just fat transplants!  Some of the before pictures looked like I would like for after LOL  To have that problem, I wish. 

I did not see pictures of before and after with incision lines.  I may not have looked in the correct place.  It will be a while.  Unemployed right now. :(

Nope I wouldn't lipo it out.  My ass is sad worse than yours.  I'd rather get the surgeries staged in the following order vs a LBL:

1. Aggressive lipo (tummy, flanks and back) and butt lift with fat transfer

2. Tummy tuck

3. Thigh lift

I can work remotely or at home so I'd travel anywhere in the US.  Dr Cortes does some nice butts as well.  I think he's in Houston.

Yeah, you'd want an ass that big? I like the asses that Mendiatea does, I like them alot. I have not seen Dr. Cortes work but I am curious and will check him out. But Dr. Capella is my assman, LOL. 

Do you not want an LBL because of the pain or is there some other reason? 

I have been thinking that to be a real FrankenBarbie one would need to go to the best surgeon for each body part... here is my draft list (and this is just for fun because my body work is done)...

1. Breast lift - Dr. Rubin dermal suspension lift (or Dr. Agha) and then I would not need implants

2. Butt lift (and whatever else need be done to my ass except fat xfer) - Dr. Mendieta

3. Thigh lift - Dr. Capella

4. Arm lift - Dr. Capella

5. Abdominoplasty - maybe Dra Duran in the DR... not sure on this one as I always say I would never go outside the US for surgery, but she sculpts tiny waists!!! And this list is just for fun anyway.
