I paid the co insurance amount of my TT on My HSA.  But it was medically necessary and approved by insurance.  If I have other cosmetic procedures I will not be using the HSA.

Unfortunately, cosmetic surgery is not an eligible FSA expense unless it's been determined to be medically necssary by a physician. You would then be able to submit claims not covered by health insurance such as your co-pay, etc.

My FSA does cover plastic surgery. Mine was not medically necessary.
