Subsequent stomach surgery after Fleur De Lis TT

Hello,  Just wondering if anyone has had to have revision surgery or stomach surgery after a Fleur De Lis TT.  I had my Fleur De Lis TT four years ago and besides the scarring, I still love it! My abs are still firm and tummy is always flat and I almost always get compliments on my curves.  I am certain this is all because of my tummy tuck.  My question is,,, will my revision WLS done laprascopically cause or ruin my tummy tuck? I've accepted the fact that I will have more scars and will work on that but that tummy tuck was painful and I really dont want to have to go through a revision tummy tuck.  By far the most painful surgery I had.

I would not think a laprascopic surgery would hurt your results but losing more than 20 lbs probably would.  Your skin will relax again.

I doubt that. My Tt was done almost 30 pounds lighter ago. My stomach is still hard and flat. All my regain Is in my legs and arms and back side. If I get to goal I will lose a total of 50-60 pounds. I'm sure my breast implants my look a bit bigger at goal weight but not too concerned about tummy in that respect. I'm more concerned about the muscle cutting in upcoming surgery

I had lap abdominal surgery done 6 weeks ago. The only thing that changed was that I had some swelling again for a few weeks. All back to normal now.

Happy to help.  I worried about the same thing, but the surgery was necessary, so it was getting done one way or the other.  I whined enough at my surgeon about the fact that I'd just had everything nipped and tucked that maybe he took some extra care in there - but I don't think so.  And my recovery was so FAST compared to the LBL.  Hope it's smooth sailing for your revision.

Thank you! I know hat you mean about extra care in there. My surgeon does not have a great bedside manner but he's a good wls surgeon and will do what it takes to get me safely through the procedure. That's all he cares about. He couldn't care less about my nip/tuck lol.
