Did your insurance cover any of this treatment? I am curious about that. I know I will need the tummy tuck/pan & lift with implants. My tatas are so sad :(.

so glad it is normal. I really needed the reassurance. I THOUGHT it was normal, but got to wondering if less activity and same number of calories was causing weight gain, PHEW!!

As I'm reading about swelling, how long did you have your drains in after the tummy tuck.  I'm almost at 3 weeks, and too much fluid is coming out (I originally had two but now have one), so I still have it in.  I love my body, but the drain is a total drag..  Any feedback on the drainage and amount of time you had your drain in  after the tummy tuck?

It'll be 2 weeks on Thurs. But I have one drain left. It will probably be pulled on Tues, as it is not draining much at all

I had my drain in over 3 weeks. You must drain them often and vigorously to get the drains to really pull all that fluid out.

I am just over 7 weeks out from anchor cut tummy tuck and my weight is still up from my pre-op weight, and that is with the surgeon removing 8 lbs of tissue. You would think a person would only see weight loss after that, but I am going to have to wait a while. I am still swelling quite a bit some days, so as long as that is happening, I know I won't lose the weight.
