HELP

Hello.... it has been so long since I have been on this sight.  I need some help/advice/input.  I have Gastric Bypass in Aug 2005.  My HW was 365, I got down to 230 and I am now at 300.  I am trying to get back on track, I want this weight gone.  My OBGYN wants to do a total hysterectomy but wont do it without me having a Panniculectomy at the same time.  I understand why she says this because I have a ton of excess skin in the stomach area.  Here is my road block.  I cant find a plastic surgeon to do the panni until I reach goal.  I am not the first person to need excess skin removed before goal has been met.  I live close to Pittsburgh PA and I am desperate for advice or if you have gone through a similar situation.  I want to have a revision of my bypass but need to get this other stuff done first.  I suffer from horrible Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Disk Disease.  All I know is that I want to feel better....any information or suggestions would be appreciated greatly...

Try Dr. Joseph Capella in Ramsey NJ. He handles some really tough cases and has removed pannis that were 25lbs and down to the paitent's ankles. He may be able to help you. He has a ton of experience.
