Thigh Lift in 3 weeks

We are going to the western Caribbean.  Weather will be in the 80's - 90's.  I wear shorts now, more worried about the bathing suit.  I have a "skirt" bottom I can wear, if it's not too big.  Wore it before I was at my lowest weight.    I will pray for a quick healing. 

6 Days and counting till thigh lift!

If anyone can walk me through the process of posting pictures I will try to put out some before photos of my thighs.  In clothes, my body looks great.  However, I'm self conscience about my thighs in a bathing suit and shorts.  I have excess skin at the top of my inner thighs, and the front of my thighs are not smooth.  I know the surgery will address the excess skin, and my ps is hopeful the front of my thighs will make me happy.
