3 weeks post TT updated pic
Here is my latest pic. Healing great! Still have a few wrinkles and some dents but getting better. May be from the compression binder? I will ask surgeon, next apt on the 15th. So glad to have the extra skin/fat gone! Still sore internally from the hysterectomy, but better each day. I hope to start some slow exercise in the next week or so.

I would not do arms at the same time. I use my arms to pull myself up from sitting cause my abs are still sore.
I am just thinking of doing some treadmill or upper body sm hand weights. Nothing very hard, that's for sure :)

Needing the muscle tightening has nothing to do with what shape you are in now or how much you work out. The muscles can spread from childbirth and/or being obese. Once they have pulled apart, no amount of exercise will help pull them back together and they much be tightened surgically. I was in tip-top shape when I had my lbl and still needed the muscle tightening. I'm glad I had it done.

Thanks for posting this. After reading on OH so many times about childbirth being the reason for muscle tightening I was hoping to avoid that painful part of the LBL since I haven't had any children. My doctor said that would be easier for him, too, but if I wanted the best results I need the muscle tightening as well.
