Extended Tummy Tuck or Extended Fleur de Lis Tummy Tuck

I am wondering which has better results. Also, my scars seem to heal pretty well but I had my RnY laporoscopic so don't have a huge scar already.

Thanks.

I had the Fleur de Lis July 24th the scars are significant but I would much rather them (never planned on showing my tummy off) over the muffin top. Though even after 10lbs removed I still have some excess skin nothing major but I am not washboard tight either. I will take some pics soon.

Did it take care of the muffin top that hangs over the top of my bra, under the arms and also get the back fat?

No it did not, and I still have back fat. But I had a lot of extra up top and did not want to look boxy. I was always curvy and some of the pictures I have seen just the bottom cut did leave people more boxy less curve. I still have a bit of looseness on the top it is not completely tight  but I think I was an extreme case.

I think it just depends on if you care about the scar or not and in my case I did not care.

My PS said I had a choice between still having a little loose skin or the vertical scar. I choose to keep some loose skin because I didn't want the vertical scar. The loose skin I have left is not bad at all and I'm very happy with my results. It really is just personal preference.
