I'd definitely ask the PS about it! It almost looks as if you weren't pulled tight enough. Please keep us updated.

I just went to look at your pics on your profile. It looks like you had less skin than I did so I do not know why you were not pulled very tight. You can look at my pics if you want. I have one from 3 or 4 days out.

I saw Dr today. He said the dents are internal stitches he uses to pull the skin close to the muscle, as they dissolve, the skin will smooth out. He does this so there is no room for the fluid to accumulate thus he doesn't use drains which he tries to avoid to minimize swelling, infection, recovery time and pain.
