OMG, I know about that darn phlegm in the lungs and coughing. IT IS HORRIBLE. Putting a pillow to your abdomen seems to do nothing. I think you will feel better in a few days.

A cough is brutal at this stage of the game. The best thing is to get moving even if its only short walks. I found that helps me alot.
