Mine virtually disappear when I lay down. Imagine that, a DD going to almost nothing.

I hate the gap, too. I don't have that now so I guess thwt I will be ok. But I am very specific in what I want for my boobs and I am going to go over everything in detail once again with Dr. Capella before my surgery. Do you have any advice for that? I will ask him about the sewing even though I am not getting the implants for a while. Thanks,

No, he probably knows a lot more than I could think to ask.

I noticed your username is "stephintexas". Where in Texas are you? I am in Houston. Prices can vary a lot depending on the surgeon, but I believe in most cases you get what you pay for.

I am in San Antonio, just moved from Houston in August. I still commute back and forth quite a bit.

Some surgeons use a lot of fancy branding and marketing and charge exorbitant fees... Dr. Agha is like $54k for a body lift. You don't always get what you pay for... Unless you like paying for the spa like atmosphere and lemon min****er at the surgeon's practice (thinking of a plastic surgeon here in Indy whose practice is inside a spa that he owns and who told me it is not the most popular surgeons who are the best surgeons but the ones who do the most marketing).
