Panniculectomy June 21, pain like crazy now

Had my panniculectomy on June 21st, started back to the gym last week, everything went fine, felt good to workout after being away so long. Today, different story, pain almost brought me to tears! My trainer had me modify my moves but I was so surprised that after so long the pain was there, it's on my left side, lower abdominal area below incision line, felt like something was ripping, gave be a horrible burning sensation also. Ugh!!! 

Hi Nell.  If I had to guess, I would said that you stretched a small internal stitch that had not heal yet, thus the burning sensation.  I hope you are feeling better now.
