Pain in Breasts more than a year after Breast Lift

Has anyone else experienced sharp shooting pains in their breasts ?
This started in May and in June I had an US which showed teeny cysts and the surgeon gave me a script for Vit E twice a day.
All was fine until a few days ago when the pains have started up again.
This is very annoying as pain from the sides of the breasts which are dog-eared and pain in the breasts are driving me batty!
I jade appointment with my GP for Tuesday; she might send me back to the surgeon or for another US or nothing.
Any ideas/suggestions in what I should do?

Yes.
I've written many times before of my surgeries - TT was 8/08/11 and Breast Lift was 30/07/12.
When I wrote surgeon, I meant regular surgeon and not a plastic surgeon.

I had a lift and implants, two separate surgeries. I have a lot of numbness still in my chest. That leads to muscle strain in the area because I cannot tell when I am overdoing it. Muscle pain is like an ache or a sharp stab, but it doesn't usually travel. It's usually a specific spot that is radiating from the muscle area around my breasts.

These pains are probably related to the teeny cysts.
Tomorrow I see my GP and I'll discuss with her what/if/how to do anything more.
