That is the wrong Dr. Capella. This one is a retired bariatric surgeon. Poster is referring to his son, a plastic surgeon.

Dr Sauceda does the butt flaps with the LBL.  I love having the little bit of extra roundness in the upper back side.  The problem if you don't have much of a butt, when they pull up, you'll have even less.  Granted they hurt for the first several months, think 10 months or so, when you lay on the side of them, or lean back in the shower.  It takes time for them to like their new home.
