From those who have has the arms done...

How long were you off work?

When did you get back to life as 'normal'?

I got my tummy tuck last October and had a long recovery due to some complications...I hope to have a "normal"

recovery when I get my arms done, but not even sure what that is.

Hi,

I had my arms done on April 11 this year.

I took 2 weeks off from work, but tell you the truth it was not enough.

I was in such a pain when I came back to work, I did not even remember how I survived.

Sorry, do not want to scare you, but arm lift was very painful for me, but it is worth every single minute of pain.

I had my armpits open 1 week after surgery and it took 2,5 month for them to close, thah I got small openings again .

Finally all of them closed right now. I am healthy, no blood sugar, just my luck.

My surgeon dr Capella has great after care.

I hope yours will be complications free.

All the best,

Alla

Thank you!

I had the opening with the tummy tuck and it took 5 and a half months to fully close up. It was not fun, BUT I have no more excess skin so it's all ok now ya know :)

I tend to have bad luck with things surgery wise...I'm always the exception or the 1% I do hope for complication free healing! But my surgeon stayed with me trough it all advising on the best ways to get my hole to close up! (It was a big opening)

I don't have two weeks of PTO at my job :( ugh.
