So I met with Dr. Capella and. I am set for round 2. On October 10 I will have a revision to turn my tummy tuck into an LBL. He also will tighten my tummy and mons as I have lost weight and have skin laxity. I also will undergo an inner thigh lift, arm lift, flanlasty, and breast lift. It is a 6-hur surgery and I am nervous for that but excited for the transformation!

Pal advice is appreciatd!

Wow, that sounds like an awful lot of surgery for one session.  The transformation is bound to be amazing.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Thank you. It is a lot of surgery and it took a lot of consideration for me to agree to doing it all at once. Dr. Capella is among the very best and he says it is safe so I have put my faith in him. Trust me when I say that it was very difficult for me to do that. I believe that I will be petrified when I go for my pre op consult.

My lower body lift alone was 9 hours, I was originally going to have implants done at the same time but surgeon felt it was to risky so I had them shine in a separate surgery on Friday. I am so thankful that he did not do them together because I wouldn't have been able to move. With the lbl I needed my arms to help me get up and with my implants I need my abdominal muscles and my legs.

Good luck with everything!

I don't think that I could agree to a 9-hr surgery. I am afraid of the 6-hr surgery! My abdo muscles will not be cut, so I will have them to use. I already had a tummy tuck in April.

i will get my implants in another surgery when I do my facelift. Until then I will have to endure small boobs. I know that I will not like that but I am sure that I will like them being perky from the lift!

Good healing to you!!!

Exciting!!!!  Good for you.  I put a reminder on my calendar do I can send you a good karma wish the night before your surgery.  You are in good hands.

Thank you!!! So sweet of you! I am excited to wake up to a new body, but getting transportation and housing together is a pain in the butt!
