Implants after Arms and Lift...

I had a breast/arm lift 4 weeks ago, originally I was scheduled to have a small implant put in at that time. During the surgery the doctor decided it would be too risky to do the implant at the same time as the lift. I went back last Weds and had the implants put in. The doctor used 533cc implants. They look huge!!! My question is has anyone else had large implants installed... Did they shrink some or did they stay large? I was told to wear a compression garment for my arms for six weeks but with the implants the doctor said that it would be too much pressure on my implants so now 4 weeks out my arms are open to the world. Will that affect the arm healing? Should I order a separate arm only compression garment? They're pretty pricey so I don't want to spend the $100 if I don't need it...

Dr. Capella has his patients wait at least 3 months to get the implants after the lift. I am questioning if waiting only 4 weeks provides any benefit.

Where have your arms opened, in the pits or ???

Dr. LoMonaco waits 3 months, too, for those of us with super droopy breasts. It's supposed to give better results long-term.

Just want to go on record saying I don't have super droopy breasts, hahaha! Mine are pretty firm, maybe a #2 pstosis according to my surgeon's P.A. Dr. Capella always does 2-stage lift and augmentation for optimal results (and he doesn't charge extra for the two-stage vs. the one-stage).

I have 840CC on the left and 860cc on the right. They drop into place over the first few weeks/months and don't look as large. I got mine before I lost weight and they were proportionate to my body then. As I lost weight, I have gone from a 44C to a 36DDD/F. I'm used to them. They're a little saggy from the weight loss but I had a lift in 09 and don't want another one due to sensitivity loss in my nipples.

I have not heard many women wish they had gone smaller, most women wish they had gone larger. Give yourself a few weeks and see how they look after they drop into place.
