169 lbs gone- lower body lift, breast augmentation, and extended arm lift!

I've lost a lot of weight thanks to a gastric bypass. I have since had a lower body lift two years ago and I am planning my next procedure!

I had having more plastic surgery after- extended arm lift (including side/back lift) & breast augmentation
