Baylor college of medicine residency program

I was on these boards a few years ago when I was researching my arm lift.

I'd like to get a thigh lift and possibly a pannilectomy or tummy tuck, but Id like to get it done at the college of medicine.

I seem to remember someone getting all of their work done at Baylor College of Med. can you give me your experience? How does pricing compare to other plastic surgeons?

When I researched it a few years ago, they were about half the price of the going rate in Houston. Are they still the same?

Care to share experiences with a thigh lift?

Also price?

Hey Laz22girl,

I can't give you any experience yet but I have started looking into this myself. I have set up a consultation with them for mid September. I have read some experiences on this board with Baylor but those were 2-3 years ago, so nothing recent.

Did you have your consultation yet? I will wait until my appointment to see what they give me in regards of pricing. If I feel comfortable with them and the price is good, then I will get it done with Baylor. If the price is not what I was expecting I will also look into Lennox Hill and Mt Sinai in New York since their prices seem to be really good. Would hate to travel, but I also don't want to break the bank if I don't have to.

I already got a quote from Dr. Sauceda. He would have been an option for me as well but his quote is only 2K below the first plastic surgeon I saw here in Texas (who is a plastic surgeon that was recommended by my bariatric surgeon). So Baylor will probably be below Dr. Sauceda and if i can stay here without having to travel, then i would prefer that (if i feel comfortable with that surgeon of course).
