Mirena is the best, just make sure you purchase the correct garment for your stage PO

Can you explain about how to choose the correct garments for your stage?  I'm just starting research and have not seen this mentioned before.

Thanks!

From Rainey Compression:

What is the difference between a Stage One and Stage Two compression garment?
Stage One garments provide moderate compression immediately after surgery and may be worn for up to 2 weeks. This zippered garment with reinforced seams allows for easy application and durability during the critical immediate postoperative period.

Stage Two garments provide continued healing compression and support during the second stage of recovery (typically 2-8 weeks post-op). This non-zippered, pull-on garment is sized smaller for additional support to the newly contoured body. Second stage garments also fit smoothly under clothing as patients become more active.

I'm day 2 PO now, and I can tell you there is no way I could do it without the zippers!

How are you feeling?   I had am two weeks TT, and thrilled visibly with the results.  It was a rough surgery, though, as I had an extra extra EXTRA tight plication, and I'm still moving a lot slower than I thought I would be at this stage.    It looks so good now, though, that I want the back end done.   I feel like I only got half a Christmas present!

Ahhh I am very up and down.  This is day 3 PO.  I can almost get out of bed alone.  I sat in the shower on a chair yesterday which was one of the best experiences of my life LOL.  I will feel really good in bed and will try to get up to walk or something and I will be in pain and disappointed quickly.  I know that is part of healing, it just surprises me every time.  Overall. I am more comfortable than I expected to be at this point. I am thrilled with the appearance of my breasts and belly, but can't really tell what my legs will look like...  I'm glad to hear you are satisfied with your TT and hope the days get easier!

I feel the same way. I should have gotten the LBL because my front looks young and my backside looks, well, not as young. There is a mismatch. My backside is not that bad, but I want it to be as great as the front. My surgeon, Dr. Capella, is talking to me about completing the LBL and some other work that I want done - my thighs, blech...

then if I do the entire lower body then I surely will be mismatched with my upper body...

so I am looking at doing lift, implants, arms and flanks...

Then if I do my entire body then I will surely be mismatched with my face...

so I am considering a face and neck lift...

see, these plastic surgeons get us hooked on crack, LOL!

good luck with your recovery!!! I cannot believe the results on my tummy tuck. I never thought I could look this way. What a difference 2-hrs can make
