LBL in Baltimore Maryland

Has anyone had a LBL in the Baltimore Maryland area?  I'm beginning to consider this option.  I have a consult with Dr. Alyson Wells in Hunt Valley coming up next week so I'm looking for some feedback or suggestions.  Also, what was your average cost?  I'm not going to let cost override the experience of a PS, but would like to get an idea before hand so I don't have sticker shock. 

Also, I'm pretty much wearing size  2- 4 (closer to size 2), I just need saggy skin tightened up especially in my butt and thighs (really don't care too much about the rest...can't see it under clothes or bathing suit).   I'm apprehensive of dropping anymore weight or clothing size.
