Dr. Capella in Ramsey does the best body work - including breasts - that I have seen. His rates are reasonable, too. He has excellent follow up /aftercare, great bedside manner, and is a brilliant surgeon and a compassionate physician. He has a physician's assistant who has been with him for 7 yrs assisting in surgery and patient care, and together they make an excellent team. Scott is highly competent and knowledgeable.
