Getting on scale after surgery

Good morning- I am 10 days post op for LBL. I have tried to curb my obsessive scale issues but finally jumped on this morning. I am pretty swollen at this point. Dr took about 10 pounds off and that's exactly where I am on the scale right now. Went in at 180 and am now 170. Can anyone comment or share their experience on what their weight was like for the first several weeks post op? I know it's not a weight thing and I can already see results that make me excited but just wondering how this played out for all of you! Thanks, kacey

Did you take your measurements pre op? Thwt is a very good way to track how your body improves. At 7 weeks post op, I was down 14 lbs., 6 lbs of that was removed from the tummy tuck. At 3-mos post op, I had lost 16 inches and 16 lbs from the tummy tuck.

141 is what I was the day of surgery, he removed 9lbs and when I got home I was at 142. I'm almost 4 weeks out and just now went down to 134 so no worries.
