If you wanted to venture into Philadelphia, I would recommend Dr. Stephen Kovach at HUP.  I have used him for a hernia repair and a thigh lift.  He does wonderful work.  He is a brilliant surgeon and a compassionate doctor.  I am very happy with my results.  He is very easy to talk to and spends whatever time is needed to make sure that both of you understand what is going to happen.  He is honest on what to expect in terms of recovery and results.  If he doesnt think you will have a good outcome, he will tell you that.  He is not out to just take your money.  They do many of their procedures at their surgical center across from the hospital so the costs can be very reasonable.

If you are willing to travel across the state, I have read amazing things about Dr. J. Peter Rubin at UPMC's "Life After Weight Loss" center. He literally has written the book on body contouring after massive weight loss and only operates on patients that have lost large amounts of weight. If/when I get to goal, he will be the guy I see!

No but Dr Capella in New Jersey is great! 

I agree completely with Southernsleever.

i interviewed a well-known plastic surgeon in Bucks County and was not impressed. Dr. Capella in Ramsey NJ outshines him in every regard, and he is considerably less expensive. It is worth the trip.

i used dr. bottger out of newtown square (uses bryn mawr hospital). i can't say enough great things about him and his staff. i am very happy with my tt results so far, just noticing other things i want done now haha.
