Budget Skin removal advice for DFW area?
Amen! I wouldn't go to anyone else either. I've been in Dr Sauceda's OR 3 times. I have great results and the care was far beyond what I would have received in the states. Now, there are other PS in Mexico, that I wouldn't let them touch my dogs or me.

Here is another thread posted earlier this year. Dr. LoMonaco posted a reply and mentioned residency programs. Personally, I think LoMonaco is the best, but it sounds like a residency program would be a good fit for you.
